Most bail bond companies require clients to report in once or more each month.  This process can be very labor intensive and tie up office staff for the regular business day.  Not only do our agents take the visual report-in, both the audio and video are recorded.

Large companies need notification of absences as soon as possible in the morning.  Staff cannot be expected to take early morning phone calls at home and prepare for replacement staff or reassign duties.  Ringleaders can accept the call, route the information by text or email to the appropriate supervisor, AND contact replacement or temporary staff based on company policy.

Time management in our criminal courts is vital to meeting required deadlines and case management rules.  Having the defendant report-in once each month ensures they are aware of upcoming court dates or deadlines.. Ringleaders is available to accept the calls, advise of court dates or deadlines.  Every call is recorded and is accessible to the court.

For those agencies where someone is required to attend a meeting, a training, drug testing and more, Ringleaders is available to the person and either report the information to the agency requiring the meeting, or rescheduling the meeting.

Mornings are often the most hectic part of the day for a school.  Making better use of staff time, while allowing us to accept reports of absence, just makes good sense.  Ringleadersis also available to make outgoing calls for absent students who failed to report-in.
